ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS  
 -We use premium quality t-shirts for our shop designs; they are buttery soft, breathable, and have good stretch. These t-shirts are known for their great quality and well-loved by consumers.
-All orders are individually processed to ensure best quality and accuracy. Each product is designed, printed, and made-to-order. As such, we are not accepting returns or exchange at this time. 
-Products are printed in the USA. 


  SIZING  
-Soft and cozy UNISEX Bella Canvas t-shirt, with retail fit. Runs true to size. If you prefer a slimmer fit, please consider sizing down, size up if in between sizes. Size up 1-2 sizes for looser/oversized fit.
-Some product pictures are styled with rolled up sleeves, they will not come rolled up on delivery.
-Please review the size chart in the photos for measurements.


 COLORS 
-Colors on screen and the printed product may slightly vary due to screen color variation and picture lighting.
-Due to the nature of different designs, not all colors shown on color charts may be available. Available colors for specific design can be found on the drop down menu. Color charts are 
   used for reference.
-If you see a design you love, but you don’t see a fabric color that you like, please message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate so that you are happy with the product.


 SHIPPING  
-All items are made to order. We take, on average, 1-7 business days to create the items. Processing time may be longer during Holidays season. Please check announcement for any processing/shipping updates!
-Estimated delivery in US is 3-5 business days after item is shipped.
-We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop.
-If an item shows up as “Delivered”, we are not responsible to ship another item. Please kindly check with your local post office for further information.


 MATERIALS 
-These t-shirts have-ribbed knit collars to bolster shaping. 
-The shoulders have taping for better fit over time. 
-Dual side seams hold the garment's shape for longer. 
-100% Airlume combed and ringspun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors).
-Solid colors are 100% cotton except Ash - 99% cotton and 1% polyester, heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% polyester (Athletic Heather and Black Heather are 90% cotton, 10% polyester)
-Light fabric (4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²))
-Tear away label


 CARE INSTRUCTIONS  
-Turn inside out to wash.
-Machine wash warm (max 40C or 105F)
-Tumble dry: low heat
-Do not dry clean.

-If you need to CANCEL or CHANGE your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
-Props not included with t-shirt order.
-Please double check the measurements included on the size charts in each listing to ensure you have the right size.
-We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you would like to make a slight design modification to better fit your liking (such as shirt/text colors or text to read 
          something specific), please message us and we will be happy to accommodate!
-Please contact us if there are any defects or misprints and we will process a replacement right away.
