* The hand paint pattern is not uniform in shape and pattern.
* All of them carries rustic crafting features, including of minor transparent dent, dark spot, slight cuts made before heat treatment etc. Item with major flaws will not be sent out.
* Trace of glue might remain from its intensive crafting process, despite our repeated polish and cleaning. All items are guarantee brand new from workshop.

How to take care products: 

* Young rattan is in lighter color. It will change into a deeper shade over time.
* Do not clean it in dishwasher.
* Wash it in warm, soapy water as you would wash other dishes.
* Wiping it with a soft, damp cloth or sponge after each use.
* Keep the bowl in dry ventilated place.

* Shipping alone usually takes 10 - 20 days with tracking number.
* If your item does not arrive within 2 months of purchase, I would compensate for that.
* Sometimes it is in partial tracking ( i.e. tracking number will be ready on a later stage when it ARRIVES your country - some area, I will inform you before shipment.)
