Please give us 7 Days - 3 Weeks time period (If the clothing is custom made usually it takes 15 Days to 21 Days)

 

EXCHANGE OR RETURNS:

We try to do our best to make your returns SYMPL, we value our customers very much and we want to make your online shopping experience simple and easy. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. (wrong size, colors etc.)

For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

All items can be returned to the address that is on the shipping box (original artisans' address) with the exception of wedding gowns, bridal sets, and Unlimited Furniture Delivery items, which must be shipped back to our warehouse and cannot be returned to a store unless they were originally purchased at a store location.

Wedding gowns, bridal sets and select upholstery are subject to a restocking fee if returned, plus applicable taxes. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. For details about the restocking fee for a specific item, please visit the product page.

Please note that reusable and protective face masks, menstrual cups, personal devices from our sexual wellness assortment, wedding gowns and bridal sets ending in $.99, and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount and marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

What we expect from our customers regarding returns

Please do not wear and return the clothes to us. Except to try to see If the clothes properly fits you.

a) No perfume or body odor on the clothing

b) No tag removal

c) No foundation, lipstick marks on the clothes

d) No wear or tear signs on the clothes
